Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using DigiMatch ( https://digimatch.base44.app — the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. DigiMatch is operated by mCm Design London Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

• "Service": the DigiMatch marketplace platform
• "Client": a business or individual posting projects and requesting quotes
• "Professional": a digital service provider registered on the platform
• "Credits": virtual currency used to unlock client leads and send quotes
• "Subscription": recurring paid plan (Pro or Agency)

• You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information
• One account per person or business entity
• You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure
• We may suspend accounts for fraudulent activity or false information

• Post accurate project descriptions
• Credits are not required for clients — posting projects is free
• Clients can compare quotes and choose any professional
• DigiMatch does not guarantee project outcomes or quality of work
• Payment for services is arranged directly between client and professional

• Free plan: includes 3 credits per month
• As a launch promotion, new professionals also receive a one-off bonus of 5 welcome credits when they create their first profile — separate from, and in addition to, the monthly free allowance
• The welcome bonus is granted once per professional account and is not repeated for additional profiles
• Pro plan: £29/month, or £290 billed annually (equivalent to about £24.17/month)
• Agency plan: £79/month, or £790 billed annually (equivalent to about £65.83/month)
• 1 credit unlocks 1 lead (client contact details and project brief)
• Credits included with subscriptions do not roll over to the next billing cycle
• Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial billing periods

• Additional credits can be purchased as one-off packs
• Credit pack purchases are non-refundable
• Pack credits do not expire while your account is active

• Provide accurate skills, portfolio, and rates
• Respond to leads promptly
• Maintain professional conduct in all communications
• Do not misuse client contact details — use them only to discuss that client's project
• Do not contact a client about their project before unlocking their lead with credits
• Do not spam, harass, or send unsolicited bulk messages
• Do not engage in fraudulent or deceptive activity
• Do not share inappropriate, illegal, or offensive content

• Fake reviews or rating manipulation
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse free credits
• Spamming or harassing other users
• Posting illegal or fraudulent project requests
• Scraping or exporting user data
• Using bots or automation tools

• Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experiences
• We may remove reviews that violate our guidelines
• Professionals cannot pay for or incentivise reviews

• Professionals retain IP over their portfolio work
• Clients retain IP over their project briefs and materials
• DigiMatch retains IP over the platform, branding, and features
• Users grant us a licence to display their profile content on the platform

• Subscription and credit pack payments are processed by our payment provider, Wix Payments
• DigiMatch is an intermediary marketplace: payment for professional services is arranged directly between client and professional, and DigiMatch does not charge commission on completed work
• Prices may change with notice
• UK VAT applied where applicable
• All fees are in GBP (£)

• DigiMatch is an intermediary platform, not a party to client-professional contracts
• We are not liable for the quality, timeliness, or legality of work delivered
• Our liability is limited to the fees paid by the user in the preceding 3 months
• We do not guarantee matches will result in successful projects

• You can delete your account at any time
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms
• Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited
• Subscriptions remain active until end of billing period

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, UK.

We may update these Terms. Significant changes will be notified via email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
